Still asking for old Apple ID
I got a hand me down iPhone SE from my family so I put in all my info but for some reason when I try to update it asks for my family’s Apple ID, for some reason I can still download apps.

Anything downloaded by an account is permanently tied to that account. Delete those and buy and download them on your account
