my freind forgot his passcode and apple id for his ipad mini device even the email that he created for the apple id is lost so is it posssible to solve the problem with factory reset and creating a new apple id
or will it need the original apple id
If Find My iPhone was turned on, then the original Apple ID will be required in order to reset the iPad.
If your friend has a receipt proving he bought the iPad, Apple can remove the old ID.

As a last resort, your friend will need to take the iPad AND the original purchase receipt to Apple for assistance if neither link helps. Without proof of purchase however, Apple won't help.
