Back up/sync options

I purchased a new iPhone XR from an Apple store and they did a transfer of data for me in store- I had previously backed it up to my laptop a day before, now when I plug the phone into my laptop the only options I have are restore from previous back up or set up as a new iPhone- any ideas how I can get back in sync if you know what I mean?

Hello.

Click the "Set up as new iPhone" button. And then you'll be able to sync it again. And your iPhone won't be erased.
