Organize iPhone apps on iTunes

I can't find the apps on iTunes to organize my iPhone apps like I have in the past. Where is it?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 12

Apps were removed from computer's iTunes back in version 12.7 over 18 months ago, management of apps is now done directly on a device.

That makes sense. My phone became disabled while I was in Norway and I had to have it wiped... grrr... since I got home I’ve been trying to restore some order and preferred the larger iTunes format. I’ll carry on.... thank you!
