Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5 usb drive readonly

I've been using same drive on my former MacAir and also on my new MacBook Pro. It worked. But after update to 10.14.5 it is not possible to copy on the external drive or usb stick. I read from some comments, that the problem is with company policy? How I can fix the issue if I'm only home user and want to save my pictures and created videos on the drive and share these via this...

And I don't want to buy any online program as my drive was before working on PC and iOS. This is not my fault....Apple should fix it?! I found one comment where someone told that he/she called to Apple support and it solved the problem? How?

MacBook Pro 13”, macOS 10.14

How is the US drive formatted?

If it's NFTS then it's read only on Mac by default.

select the disk, type CMD+i
