The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

I'm really not sure if I'm supposed to open with: or to use Windows Media: or Itunes?

Video taken on an iOS device and copied to your Windows computer can be opened with iTunes if you want to add it to the Home Videos section of your iTunes library.
