iPhone 6s Plus won't reset time zone changes automatically

We have an iPhone 6s Plus that won't reset time zone changes automatically. Can't find any way to do it manually. Any solution would be appreciated.

iPhone won’t update time zone, only spinning wheel My iPhone7 refuses to automatically update its timezone. In Settings>General>Date & Time, if "Set Automatically" is turned on, the "Time Zone" field just has the spinning-wheel-of-wait. I am connected to my cellular network, and to WiFi. My iPhone will not allow me to turn off the automatic time zone My phone is on the wrong time zone and it will not allow me to turn off the automatic time zone. It is really irritating so if anyone knows how to switch it to manual with this problem please let me know [Re-Titled by Moderator]
