Built-in mic problem in MBP 2018

I have macOS Mojave 10.14.5 installed along with Win10 in Bootcamp. After booting windows, and waiting about 10 minutes, my mic started make some noise (cracking sounds, people can't understand me) and reenabling it in windows device manager or sound input devices resolves the problem for next 10 minutes (also I have noticed, that sound in my headphones are very loud, I have to set it to 1% volume in settings, but event so they are loud).

Then, after rebooting into macOS I can't find my built-in microphone (I have to reboot again to make it visible in "Audio MIDI Setup" or even in system information).

Resetting NVRAM and SMC isn't helped.

I have tried to reinstall macOS, twice (once with a full disk erase and also reinstalling windows, and again after your advice, but without deleting all of the data). The problem is still there. I think, the problem is with bootcamp drivers for windows, because after changing screen resolution in windows I have no sound from my headphones (have to reconnect them physically or in audio devices manager). But how this drivers affect my macOS? Reinstalling them also have no effect.

P.S. External mic from headphones can't be recognized too, system reboot is needed.
