Calls on other devices won’t disable.

I have an iPhone 8 and an iPad Pro. “Allow Calls on Other Devices” is in the off position on my iPhone. However, “Calls on Other Devices” is still listed as being “On” so when my iPhone rings, it also rings on my iPad. I have wireless calling off on both devices. I have also turned off FaceTime on my iPad. Presumably, when “Allow Calls on Other Devices” is in the off position on my iPhone, “Calls on Other Devices” should be listed as being “Off” instead of “On.” Any thoughts on how to fix would be appreciated.

Yes! Thanks to a suggestion on another thread, I tried the following and it worked. Go to Settings -> Phone -> Calls on Other Devices, and instead of turning it off, turn it ON but disable specific devices, and reboot. It's crazy but it works. Here's a screenshot of my phone:

Me too. Additionally my iMac pesters me daily to say I can use wi-fi calling directly on my Mac, which is always "Not Now" with no choice for "Never" or "Stop nagging me".

I have "Wi-Fi Calling" toggled to ON on the phone because I use T-Mobile and the coverage isn't as good as I'd like. "Calls on Other Devices" is a separate toggle, which I have toggled OFF but shows up as ON.
