My iPad will not download any games
I am trying to download games but my iPad will not download anything. My iPad is on iOS 10.3.3 how can I update it to the latest iOS?

you don't make it clear if all attempt to install apps from app store fail
or if you only have problems with games
you update ios this way Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
