Just went to update my month old iPad - now the iPad has failed to update & failed to be able to communicate with the computer properly, all that the comes up on the computer is the iPad has an unknown error & can't be restored

Unfortunately there was no error code - the system had Unknown error listed.
after contacting Apple Support - they were extremely helpful in helping me to reset & restart my iPad
with Apple's support there was so much explained & resolved it took about 20 minutes to get everything
back up & running again including the back up from the iCloud.
Apple supports assistance was brilliant - yes i still hate the many updates with all technology but i have a
better appreciation for Apple & the Support teams
