Subscribe for Apple Music

Made a purchase subscription for 1 month. Payment has passed, but the subscription is not activated

I got free month of apple music for free but it doesn't work well... I was subscribed to apple music before but when my subscription expired I got to renew it ,so I've got a free subscription for 2 months from an app (shazam) but it tells me that : "this offer cannot be redeemed with your current subscription " so I went to check my subscription but there is no subscription active there is nothing active , what should I do please I want some help:(

Apple Music subscription Hey there I just bought to apple Music using a 10€/$ redeem code (1 month of Apple Music) and a monthly subscription is now active with one free month included, the problem is that I only charged 10€/$ and I only wanted to try Music for two months and not keep paying or having an active monthly. What would happen if the subscription is active but I don’t have any money on my Apple account because I only charge it with redeem codes/gift cards?
