Anyone know which hardware component the error is referencing and any solutions?

I have issues with temperature.
When I normally use my macbook still temperature gose to 60-70 °C and after that i have some slowness while working.
Dose this issues for the same problem!?
That error messages indicates a problem with memory. Since the memory is soldered into it, the motherboard would have to be replaced.
There is only ONE known Apple Hardware Test false-positive, for HDD errors, and it is described in this old article:
