How to turn recorded audio to text on my MacBook Pro Mohave?

I recently interviewed some health care professionals. I would like to find an easy way to convert the audio to text. Any ideas?

Editing audio in a video file - GarageBand Hai, I have a video performed inside a room recorded on my mobile phone. The audio seems to be feeble and carry echo making it horrible. Kindly advise how to edit the audio using GarageBand in MacBook M1 Air. Thanks in advance.

You need to look for transcription software.

A quick search online produces a few, but I am unfamiliar with them. Some seem to have a trial or free version with limited features, you may want to start there.
