Battery not charging
The battery on my 2015 MacBook Pro shows 80% charged, with the note that it is not charging. Why is it not charging? The light on the power connector is orange, not green.

Orange means it is charging or should be charging.

You can always Try resetting the SMC http://support.apple.com/kb/ht3964
for battery management.
Verify the condition of your battery from the icon in the upper right menu bar and control click.
Anything but Condition:Normal should be replaced.
