Hi, I’ve set up a passcode and Touch ID for my iPhone 7, and set it to require a passcode immediately. But it just opens straight away when I (or anyone else), press the sleep/wake button, no passcode or Touch ID required. Is there another setting that might be causing this?

Has you accidentally turned off the passcode?
Setting>Touch ID & Passcode
Just above where you set Require Passcode
There is Turn Passcode Off and Change Passcode
