I'm not sure but there seems to be a bug attached to my Safari. It's a popup that wants me to supply my e-mail to a Web site that has long been empty, but that doesn't stop the popups. I have wiped the hard drive, but the bug persists. Is there any way to re-download Safari?

If the pop-up reloads, force quit Safari (command - option/alt - esc) and reopen with the shift key held down. If that doesn't work, disconnect from the Internet, go to Safari/History and delete the website. Quit and reopen with the shift key held down. Then reconnect to the Internet.
