Is there any intention from Apple to update Safari with an option to open on a blank/favorites page and not the last web page?

Is there any intention from Apple to update Safari with an option to open on a blank/favorites page and not the last web page? Also a remove all website data/cache upon closing option? I would prefer a blank page when I open my browser and not the last site visited. This will probably be the reason for deleting Safari and only using DuckDuckGo or Firefox.

That's already an option. It's been an option for years.

Open the Safari Menu, click on Settings then on General, and set the "New Windows Open" and "New Tabs Open" options to Start Page or Empty Page.

Also make sure the "Safari Opens With" option is not set to "All Windows from Last Session". Set it to "New Window".
