Have you checked that your water💧 lock is not on? spin the crown quickly and should hear it unlock if it is.

You have already tried all the DIY fixes so the next stage is Contact Support (link) and arrange to get your watch checked by Apple Service.

I don’t think water lock would persist through forced reset or re-pairing, but worth a check because it is so easy.

You would be surprised. As nothing surprises me with the Apple Watch!

I just checked and I can't do a reset but holding in the button and crown with the water lock on.
