Ido Notepad

I just got a new phone (Xs) and my Ido Notepad app is gone. I search for it and it can't be found. I go to the app store and it isn't there. Is there anyway to find it? I chatted with support and was told the app developers must have removed it. I find that hard to believe. Help!

Hidden apps I hid an app by accident. Now I can not get it back in my screen. Does anyone know how to do this? I can open it in my app store.. I also can not delete the hidden app and download it again.. I need the app every day for my work..
