Safari cannot establish a secure connection

My browsers are unable to open some websites because of this error. This error is present on my iMac and iPad, I don't know what I can do to fix this. Can anyone help?

Apple's advice is to contact the web site. You may have to try the link multiple times to get it to load.

Safari says it can‘t establish a secure connection, or the website is using weak encryption
