Hello, I first bought $ 25 and 5 $ in the app store pubg mobile for 1500 uc and 300 uc . But then after these perfect purchases I can’t download free games. I added money to the card but it still does not work. I can not buy or download. What should I do?!

It means there’s not enough funds, something is eating it up, like an app subscription or a charge that is about to go through or is overdue,
its a Visa card you say? Not sure how you add money to those.
