iphone is disabled

my iphone message me: iphone is disabled and connect to itune

i have my phone passcode and my iclould id and password

i connect my iphone to windows pc and itunes.

itunes update my iphone.

but cant restore my iphone.

what i can do?

i dont want lose my data.

i want keep data and my photo .
