My live wallpaper isn’t working i’ve Tried everything I even restarted my phone turned of battery saver made sure 3D Touch was on and set a still or another live wallpaper. I did the test on 3D Touch but it didn’t respond to my touch.

Hi, you might want to try a force reboot and make sure you are using the latest iOS update.
If your 3D Touch is not working then your live wallpaper will not work. If the first two things do not work, you need to make an appointment with the nearest Apple Store Genius Bar for an evaluation.
Is your live wallpaper set on the home or lock screen? Assuming that your 3D is working, a live wallpaper only works when set on the lock screen. On the home screen it´s just a static wallpaper. This is quite normal. Regards, Ian.
It is already only on lock screen
Did you check your internet connection?Sometimes if the internet speed is slow, there may be some problems in updating or working the wallpapers.

Internet has nothing to do with live wallpapers. They are not live in that sense.
