i Tunes Store and AppStore connect

i am having difficulty with my i phone, model Apple Phone firm ware version.7.1.2 S/no 88024LLRA4S, since November last year my i phone was disabled, therefore i didn't make calls or receive any whats-app, but a friend of mine with the knowledge of IT tried to work out by using the same references were used to connect Ii Tunes, App Store also references were used for i cloud account , at this moment app sent me an email telling me to go APP SUPPORT, when i enter my APPLE ID and password the answer comes that failed to connect, however, i am advised to answer some security questions actually i don't Redeemer the answers i submitted to App Store. the phone pin code number is working and i can phone and receive call through the sm Line or AirTel Tanzania, please communities i need a help so that i can receive whats aap, emails , i love my apple iPhone, it is one of the old model as i am also old iam 64 years old, i don't like to loose it simply because of the new model. please help me to be connected as previous
