How can restor icloud?

I am Lusine,

I am from Armenia. I have a problem with my phone.

Due to my

phone's password being lost, it fell into a block and I could not use my phone.

The problem is that I can not even remember  my  icloud, that is  why I cannot open the phone. I confirm that

the phone is not stolen, its my own phone. I send  my phone attachments as evidence, that it is not

stolen. I would like to ask you how I can restore my phone work as soon as

possible.
