How do I add song writers names to my I Tunes library of songs?

When importing playlists to iTunes Windows, it omits songs by artists with diacritics in their name I like to assemble my song playlists in Windows Media Player and save them as .m3u. Then I import them into iTunes for Windows so I can sync them to my phone. However, I've found that any playlist song with an artist having a diacritic in their name, is omitted from the import. Is there a fix that doesn't involve adding files/folders and building the playlists in iTunes?

How to list song titles an existing playlist on iTunes Made a playlist on iTunes from outside source. The playlist didn't list the titles to the songs. How do I do that?

You can select one or more tracks and press Cmd+i to get song info. Fill in the composer field.
