unlock Mac with Apple Watch option went away

All of a sudden the option in the security and privacy panel on my MacBook Pro to unlock the Mac with my Apple Watch went away

I unpaired my watch and repaired it but that didn't help

Anyone have any ideas?

I rebooted the macbook pro and the option to unlock the Mac with the Apple Watch came back
