My App Store and iTunes has been disabled

My iTunes and App Store has been disabled....

how do I fix it?

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’

Hey dude.

Same situation here. I just put money into the account yesterday. And they called me today say the account was disabled and can not reopen again. which means the money in the account and previous purchase all fuk.... gone.

I called them what they tell me is  I’m unable to provide further information about this case please seek legal assistant.
