Reset to factory settings
I want to sell my Macbook Air but want to make sure it's clean first; how do I do that and reset to factory settings .?
MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.14
I've got down to step 6 but the result I get is that Erase has failed

I eventually managed to erase the hard drive and upload a new copy. I'm not sure whether to log in to prove the new. copy is valid
