Can’t pair my headset with iphone

have tried turning device and headset off and on. Unfortunately I selected forget when it was connected now they are not pairing can someone assist please.

Thanks so much it worked. When turning on the headset I needed to hold down the on/off button until the LED flashed blue and red then check Bluetooth on phone and there it was. Tap and it’s all go.

Check the documentation for the headset and find out how to put it into discovery/pairing mode. Once you do that, then open the iPhone and turn on Bluetooth, that puts the iPhone into discovery/pairing mode. You should then be able to follow the on-screen instructions to pair the two devices.
