iPod Touch 6th Generation
Hi,
My daughter's 2-year old iPod Touch has stopped working. It is stuck on the white screen with the black apple in the centre, and it does not change regardless of whether it is plugged in or not.
Any ideas?

Try: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
Otherwise you may need to take into an Apple Store for diagnostic and repair.
