MuseScore to GarageBand

Hi,

I'm a drummer and I use MuseScore to write my parts.

This software can export as midi so I can import the file in Garage Band to use the drums kits sound which are better than the simple midi sound in MuseScore.

Problem : some notes like the china cymbal are played as classic cymbal.

How to fix that to have exactly what I used in MuseScore ?

Exporting MIDI Files for Customized Sections I'm currently working on a Karaoke App with a friend. My role entails creating MIDI files using Logic Pro, while my friend is responsible for converting the MIDI files to JSON format and linking them to Apple Music. Since Apple Music's audio cannot be modified, my MIDI files need to synchronize with the audio tracks provided by Apple Music. However, most Apple Music tracks have a few seconds of silence before the song begins, and when I import them into Logic Pro, I must align the song with the project tempo to ensure synchronization. This has led to the following issue: Using the song "Back to December" as an example, I align the first beat of the audio file with the first beat of the second measure in the metronome. Consequently, the starting position of the audio file is at 1 3 2 152. I hope that when exporting the MIDI file, it can also start at 1 3 2 152 to avoid any misalignment when importing into Apple Music. Despite trying various export methods and even attempting to mark the starting position using Sustain, I haven't been able to overcome this challenge. The exported MIDI files still start at the default position of 1 1 1 1 according to the project. Could you please suggest a solution to resolve this issue? garage band merge of midi tracks Is it possible to merge two MIDI tracks into a single track, with the resulting track keeping all the notes from both tracks? I want a "merge" in the true sense of the word - a product that contains the contents of both tracks layered one upon the other. To be clear, I am not asking how to merge or Join regions within a single track; I am not asking how to overwrite one to the other, which thereby eliminates the notes of one in the process. My goal is to ultimately use the Score button to generate the musical notation for export that is the composite of the two MIDI tracks' notes in one piece of music. Using GB 10.4.8.

Need help Hi, I am in the process of editing music I composed and recorded last year and I have an issue with using the left/right speaker nobs with most of my MIDI instruments. Most of my MIDI instrument recordings are MIDI files exported from sheet music from a program called MuseScore. For MIDI tracks I record directly onto LogicProX, I can use their left/right speaker nobs without them going back to default when I click away, which isn't the case when I use MIDI recordings that are MIDI files exported from another program. I don't want to have to bounce all of those MIDI tracks into MP3s as there is quite a lot and I would rather save myself time if possible. Is there any way I can use the left/right speaker nobs for MIDI recordings that aren't directly recorded onto the program without them going back to the default setting when I click away. I hope everything makes sense.
