Can’t hear calls unless I’m speaker IphoneXR

My phone doesn’t have any sound but people can hear me perfectly. I can’t hear anyone unless I put it on speaker to talk.

See this:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

If you can‘t hear a person on a call or voicemail or if the sound isn‘t clear on your iPhone
