Family sharing

I’m adding on a family member to my sharing and he cannot accept because he can’t get the authentication code. He doesn’t have another device. What do we do? Can I have it sent to me?

Family Sharing When I try to set up family sharing and add a child it’s sends a security code to insure it’s an adult , the problem is it sends it to a phone number that I no longer have , how do I fix this
