Caller can't hear me and I can’t hear a caller unless I have a Bluetooth device on.

Has anyone else had your iPhone 7plus mess up like mine. It won’t let a caller hear me and I can’t hear a caller unless I have a Bluetooth device on. And the speaker icon went grey and doesn’t work.

Make a Genius Bar appointment to have the device checked. There have been reports of audio issues with certain iPhone 7 devices. Apple will explain your options from there.
