Audio problem

I can’t hear callers and they can’t hear me as well. I have tried factory reset, software update, hard reset on my iPhone 7 Plus but none of them seem to resolve the issue. I can only communicate with callers while using Bluetooth ear piece. Pls how can this issue be resolved.
