Dual SIM carrier data speed !

I'm having issue with my iPhone XS with dual SIM mode.Example once I turn on my both Carrier the data speed is very slow,but if I switched off anyone any carrier (even physical slot or eSIM) the data speed is much faster than dual sim.I had face this issue with 4 carriers.(Vodafone IN,Jio IN,Etisalat UAE,DU UAE).Anyones face this same issues with your handset?

Beta version also have same issue.I contact with apple care,senior technicians they’re helpless.
