Won’t able to purchase itunes card

If you haven't already done so contact iTunes Support as instructed to do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'

What do you mean 'its hangup again', what happened ? Have you tried a different browser and network ? Or you could try this form : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

? Do you mean buy an iTunes gift card ? If you do, are they available in your country ?

What happens when you try to contact them ?
