How do I get my NAS to show in Finder?

I have a NAS on my network, and I can mount a directory with Command-K.

The problem is if I close that finder window the NAS disappears and I don't see any way to access it again.

Is there a way to have the NAS show up in the Finder sidebar? Every time?

Thanks in advance,

Dave

In Finder Preferences : Sidebar, check everything that is pertinent in Locations, and in particular, Connected servers — which includes your NAS. I have two NAS on my home network, and with Connected servers selected, I see both of their names in the Finder sidebar in the Locations, not Favorites category.

When you first click on the NAS in locations, that Finder window will have a Connect As… button in the upper right corner. Click that and enter the access name and password, etc. information, so that on subsequent clicks of the Location NAS, it automatically mounts without needing the Connect As… button.
