I have an ipad air bought in 2013. I tried to do the latest software update and now it doesn't even open! After the apple logo it shows the itunes logo and the cable indicating that i need to connect the ipad with itunes. I do connect it but i don't even see the device on i tunes... I also tried hard reset but nothing... Does anyone have any idea what to do?
