Regional availability of songs with Apple Music

I am a subscriber to both Apple Music and Apple Match. I have some albums that were part of my personal collection in my Music Library. These albums were from purchased CDs. Some of the tracks are greyed out on my iphone and shown as not available in my region. How do I resolve this? I also have a large list of songs with the dotted cloud symbol, not sure if its the same problem though.

Any ideas please ?

Thanks.

If some of your songs are missing or the song names appear in gray text

If songs that you bought are missing or the song names appear in gray text, they might use digital rights management (DRM). You need to authorize your computer before you can play these songs.

After you authorize, choose File > Library > Update iCloud Music Library from the menu bar at the top of your computer screen or the top of the iTunes window.

If you synced the songs that appear with gray text to your iOS device from a Mac or PC, turn on iCloud Music Library on that computer. Your library should update.

If you can't download, play, or access songs

First, check iTunes to see if the song is ineligible for upload. Additionally, if you added the song to your library from the Apple Music catalog, it might no longer be available on Apple Music.
