Music is deleting

My apple music is randomly deleting all my albums and only keeping the albums that were saved 3 months ago, started to happen out of nowhere and its getting annoying because I added them back and at least 24/hrs later they start to delete out of nowhere. Any solution to this, it happens to all my families phones and my phone and my pc.

Windows, Windows 10

A few things you can try:

If you can't download, play, or access songs

First, check iTunes to see if the song is ineligible for upload. Additionally, if you added the song to your library from the Apple Music catalog, it might no longer be available on Apple Music.

  • Reset Network Settings
  • Close then Launch  Apple Music App
  • Restart Your Device
  • Sign out of Apple ID and sign back in
  • Turn off and back on "Show Apple Music”

  • Update Apple MusicApp.
  • Update iPhone Software.
