Apple id

Hi, I have changed my phone to a newer iPhone - my daughter now has my old one. I can’t seem to take my Apple ID off the old one so she gets all my messages, emails, photos etc. On family sharing she now has an Apple ID but I’m not sure how to remove mine and replace with hers..... how do I sort this please? Thanks
