Bottom half of screen not working

Hi , I recently got a screen repair for my iPhone 6s which was unresponsive on the right side. I accidentally dropped my phone and when I picked it up. I then noticed that the left side of my screen was lifted up by approximately 1cm. I then decide to push the screen back in. The first few seconds it was operating as normal and that's when I realised the bottom half of my screen was unresponsive. I then decided to hard reboot my device which didn't help and now I'm stuck on the password page as I cannot enter all of my numbers for the password.

It'll really help if you can tell me what this is and if its minor for major.
