I am facing problem in finder view option, as am selecting the icon view option but did not know what is there is still the line in the middle, try to stretch in right still appear middle
MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14
Finder : View menu : Hide Preview. The line will disappear.

Does this line appear on other light screen backgrounds? I suspect a hardware problem.

The line will linger in icon mode if Show Preview is selected in Light Mode. Saw it here too, and as I posted, it disappeared when I hid Preview in the Finder View menu.
Thanks. I hadn't a clue. I haven't used 10.14.x much.
