every time I open finder, it automatically folded, plz change this design back, I have to click 2 times by unfolding it and select the view I want, this wasted me a lot of time. some good UI/UE design, don't change it, keep it constantly. Bring efficiency and convenience to the users is more important than making it look nicer.

A folder should open in the view you last used it in. Open a Finder window, set it to the view you want, then close it. The next time you open that folder, it should be in the view you changed it to.
If you are having problems with the four icons being combined into one, widen the window size. That should stick, too.

In Big Sur, get acquainted with the keyboard shortcuts for switching views, as this will end the reaching to the Finder window for that purpose. Those keyboard shortcuts are on the View menu.
It is very unlikely that Apple will alter the operating system design because of any inconvenience to usage habit.
