When I change my file icon size in Finder it doesn't change in the upload/open file menu. This is pretty annoying because these icons have somehow changed size to be very small and I haven't found a fix for this.
I've tried opening the view options settings and changing the icon size and setting it as default for all folders, but that doesn't seem to help.

As far as I know, this is all there is other than what's allowed in various apps. Of course, I sometimes don't know very far at all.
