large icons in Finder only for one folder

There is an option to have large icons in Finder for example on a 4K monitor. But it works only for one folder, how to change that to all folders? Finder->View->Show View Options and choose Icon Size larger. Is it a bug or there is something like a default folder? Is there any option to change the DPIscreen?

If the other folders were created before the one folder where you've go the large icons showing then they (the earlier folders) will have to be individually and manually set to show larger icons in the View ➙ Show View Options window. If you click on Set as Default then any new folder will have that setting.

Another aspect is that scale screen resolution is not a solution here once it uses a CPU when you scale. So, can you confirm if this is a bug? The button at the bottom suggests I can make more significant icons default once it is not working and only the current folder is with larger icons. Thanks!
