I got an email saying my Apple ID is locked?

I recently got an email from “apple” saying someone tried using my apple id in Russia. They continue saying that for security reasons my apple id has been locked following up with a link to unlock it (https://iforgot.apple.com). The reason why i do not know if it is real or not is because the email mentions an IP Address. Please help. I’m almost positive it is a scam but i need to know for-sure. Thanks! Here is the original email: (I have removed my actual apple id after “Dear” and after “your apple ID” since it is obviously personal. I’ve also removed the IP Address from the email.

I go this email from noreplyserviceidcenter0@mailisupportapple.com

It's phishing. In a message Apple will always address you by your real name, never by your email address or Dear Customer. Apple will never threaten to lock your account. Also the sent-from address should be @apple.com or @itunes.com Additionally Apple does not send attachments.
